By accessing our website or placing orders, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- Minors under 18 require parent/guardian consent
2. Order & Payment Terms
All orders are subject to availability and our approval. Prices include GST but exclude shipping.
- 22K/18K gold prices fluctuate daily per market rates
- Order confirmation within 24 hours via email/SMS
- Payments via Razorpay, UPI, cards, net banking
- No cash on delivery for orders above ₹50,000
- Making charges: 8-15% based on design complexity
- Full payment required before dispatch
3. Shipping & Delivery
Safe, insured delivery across India with live tracking.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000
- METRO: 2-4 days | Tier-2: 4-6 days | Remote: 7-10 days
- Blue Dart/DTDC with ₹5 lakh insurance coverage
- Delivery verification mandatory (2 witnesses required)
- Undelivered parcels returned at customer cost
4. Returns & Refunds
Quality guaranteed with limited return window for unopened items.
- 7-day return for manufacturing defects only
- Made-to-order/custom jewellery: Non-returnable
- Refund processed within 5-7 working days
- 15% restocking fee on size exchanges
- Return shipping prepaid by customer
Photos/videos required for all claims. Hallmark verified before approval.

BIS Hallmark certified 22K/18K gold with lifetime guarantees.
- 99.5% pure 22K gold (916 fineness)
- Government-approved hallmark on every piece
- Weight certificate with ±0.01g accuracy
- Lifetime polishing/maintenance free at stores
- Melting value guaranteed for 10 years
6. User Accounts & Conduct
Maintain accurate information and respectful usage.
- One account per person; no sharing credentials
- Prohibited: Fraud, multiple accounts, bulk orders
- Accurate delivery details mandatory
- Abuse leads to account suspension
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability limited to order value. Force majeure events excused.
- Not liable for delays due to courier/customs
- Indirect damages (lost profits) excluded
- Gold price fluctuations not our responsibility
- Total liability capped at purchase amount
8. Governing Law
These terms governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved in New Delhi courts.
